Fyrn accepts returns in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be purchased directly from fyrnfix.com

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Brushes or combs

  • Bar soaps

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email support@fyrnfix.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approved returns will receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@fyrnfix.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligible damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
